The substances with a chemical moiety are derived from plants known as phytochemicals. The detailed study of these phytochemicals is called as phytochemistry. These phytochemicals have protective and disease curable properties. Some analytical techniques are applied to know the concentration of these chemical constituents such as namely Spectroscopy, Chromatography, X-Ray Crystallography are the technique that helps in detection and study of phytochemicals.
